Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds A 30-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee automatically applies. The customer has 30 days from receipt of the order to request a return. Returns are free, and costs are covered by Kalivoro. Products tried under normal use are accepted if they are clean, complete, and in good condition.
